Who Am I?

Abby Shrewsbury is a novelist and coffee enthusiast from Bryant, Arkansas. She lives with her loyal canine sidekicks Gus and Bo, and loves spending time with her family and friends. By day, Shrewsbury is a Content Marketing Specialist. When not working, she enjoys painting, reading by the fireplace, walking with her dogs, and crafting stories that make people experience true, big feelings.

Shrewsbury writes the kind of stories she craves most - honest, a little messy, and unafraid to sit in the hard spaces. She gravitates toward imperfect characters, tangled relationships, and endings that feel like real life (not fairytales). Her narratives often center on grief, resilience, and how love has the ability to shape us into who we are.

She's a strong believer that stories have the capacity to heal wounds we don't even recognize we have, and she hopes to accomplish that with her debut, Broken Pieces.
